The school is operating in a single-session with an enrolment of about 1,600 pupils and 140 staff. The canteen operating hours during the school term are Mondays to Fridays from 7.00am to 5.00pm.
Stalls may be required to operate during non-routine hours or the school holidays when there are lessons, activities and National Examinations, as requested by the school.

| · Able to provide good service and quality food/drinks at reasonable prices. Prices will be determined in consultation with the school. · Able to provide cooked food/drinks that meets the health / nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) under the “Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP)” guidelines (see link ↗(opens in new tab) (opens in new tab)). · Able to maintain high standard of food safety and personal hygiene. This includes complying with relevant authorities’ requirements and guidelines. · Employee(s) operating the stall is healthy and fit. · Preferably possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment. |
Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant's own expense.
