School Canteen Advertisement

The school is operating in a single-session with an enrolment of about 1,600 pupils and 130 staff. The canteen operating hours during the school term are Mondays to Fridays from 7.00am to 5.00pm.

Stalls may be required to operate during non-routine hours or the school holidays when there are lessons, activities and National Examinations, as requested by the school.

Application Procedure

1. Download and complete the application form. You may also request for a hardcopy from the School’s General Office.

2. Attached the following documents together with the application form:

• Photocopy of the NRIC (front and back)

• List of proposed menu and pricing for all items (selection will be based on proposal submitted)

• Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Basic Food Hygiene Course certificates of all food handlers

3. Submit the completed application form and documents by closing date via email (nhps@moe.edu.sg) OR to the School's General Office.

How to get there?

• Nearest MRT: Clementi MRT (EW23 line) - Change to Bus 105/106/183 from Clementi MRT Exit A

• Bus number: 52, 99, 105, 106, 173, 183, 188, 963

Interest applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Applicant must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

• Applicant is to submit a comprehensive menu and pricing for all items.

• Applicant must be able to provide meals that meet the health/nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board under the "Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP)" guidelines (see link).

• Applicant must be able to observe high standard of food hygiene and personal hygiene. Selected stall holders and all food handlers must follow hygiene and health requirements, be equipped with the food handling certificate and apply for license from SFA.

• Applicants must be able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices

• Preferably with relevant school or catering experience

Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant's own expense.
